Soto soup
A well-filled clear soup based on soto bumbu with soft chicken thigh and mihoen. For a crispy bite we add bean sprouts, price and fried onions. And of course the characteristic egg.

Kelor Mesanten
This soup based on chicken broth and coconut milk is flavored with ginger, turmeric and trasi. For a more spicy bite, we will add red pepper. The soup is topped with fresh basil.

Gado Gado
This dish is packed with haricots verts, bean sprouts, white cabbage and potatoes. On top of it a sauce of peanuts and coconut milk, which is flavored with sambal badjak and brown sugar.

Balinese satay marinated in bumbu Bali and topped with roasted cashew nuts and fresh spring onion.

A fresh herbal water with a hint of turmeric, white pepper and honey. For an extra fresh touch, we add a few drops of lemon and coconut oil.
