This hearty soup, based on lentils and tomato, is flavored with cumin and parsley. Eat with fluffy naan bread and top off with a delicious thick yogurt.

Indian pumpkin soup:
Red curry gives this pumpkin-based soup a delicious spicy taste. For a fresh twist, top this soup with thick yogurt and parsley.

Kachumber salad:
Fresh salad of tomato, cucumber, mint and salted lemon. For a spicy twist, we added chili flakes.

Chana chaat salad:
We combine the soft taste of chickpeas with fresh pomegranate, tomato, red onion and mint. Delicious on a fluffy papadum!

Butter chicken:
In this dish we combine soft Basmati rice with a delicious masala with chicken thighs, raisins and cashew nuts. In this dish you can taste notes of cinnamon, cumin, coriander and for a fresh touch a squeeze of lime.

Massaman curry:
A delicious curry dish packed with vegetables such as eggplant, broccoli, snow peas and sweet potato. Combine this curry with Basmati rice and use it as a dip with freshly baked naan bread. A scoop of thick yogurt completes this dish.
